Send a request Email usPackages start at $99 (Starter), $299 (Pro) and $899 (Collection). Individual services start from $15 for embroidery digitizing up to $249 for character design. You get a clear quote before we start — no hidden fees.
Starter takes 2 – 3 days, Pro 3 – 5 days; simple embroidery files are usually ready within 24 hours. Collections and complex 3D projects follow a custom schedule.
Depending on the service: AI, PSD, PNG 300 DPI, SVG, PDF (print); DST, PES, EMB, JEF (embroidery); STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP (3D print); BLEND, FBX (3D); tech pack PDF (fashion).
Yes. Starter includes 3 revisions; Pro and Collection include unlimited revisions within the original brief.
Yes. Once paid in full you receive a commercial license to print, sell and trademark it. We never resell your designs.
Yes. We export to your POD platform’s templates, including per-size all-over-print panels.
We deliver the right machine format (Tajima, Brother, Barudan, Janome…) and fix it for free if the test sew-out isn’t perfect.
Larger projects: 50% deposit and 50% on final delivery. Small orders are paid upfront. Payment methods are listed in your quote.
