Refund policy

1. Full refund

• You cancel before we start sketching.
• We cannot deliver, or delivery is more than 7 days late without a valid reason.

2. Partial refund

If you stop after concepts have been sent, we refund the value of work not yet performed (up to 50%).

3. No refund

• After final or source files have been delivered.
• When requirements change completely from the original brief.

4. Processing time

Within 7 business days after both parties confirm, via the original payment method.
